Fraudulent Charges
We have received large amounts of emails from people who have purchased items via social media advertisements that include but not limited to: tools and exercise equipment. Upon purchasing, the transaction shows "SUNF.COM". However, this is not our company.
Unfortunately, there are a large number of fraudulent websites. With a growing number of new online shoppers during these hard times, some people have found a way to lure customers to their fraudulent websites and offer products at an unbelievable price.
We are unable to help you with these transactions. We have contacted Strype which seems to be the payment processing company being used by these frauds, they are unable to help us.
The only suggestion we can give you is to contact your bank and report the fraudulent charge.
