Where are your tires made?
Our tires are made in China and exported here to the United States.

What are the exact measurements of your tires?
Our tires are made true to size using the recommended rim and tire pressure.

For example: Our A033 25x10-12 calls for a 12" x 8.0" rim. This means that if you use a 12" x 10" wheel, the tire will stretch out just enough to reduce to overall diameter of the tire once mounted and inflated.

What do the markings on the tires mean?
There are many markings on tires, here are the most important you should pay attention to:

  • Size: (25x10-12) = 25 inches in diameter, width of 10 inches. Tire is for a 12 inch rim.
  • PR or Ply Rating: (6PR) = This tire has a ply rating of 6. 
  • DOT Production Stamp: (1318) = This tire was made on the 13th week of the year 2018.
  • Max Tire Pressure: (14 PSI) = This tire has a max riding pressure of 14 PSI. This does not include the (Max to Seat Bead) which may be higher than the Max Tire Pressure.

Why is the price different?

Why am I missing tires from my order?
If you placed an order with 4 or more tires, your order may have shipped out in multiple packages. The fastest way to get an answer for this question is to check your shipping label. On your shipping label you should see (1 of X) or (2 of X) and so on, depending on the total number of packages for your shipment.

Another option is to track your package directly on the FedEx website using the tracking number provided. There, you will see all attached packages with their respective tracking numbers. From there, you can see exactly where the last known location of your package was. (For some reason, the mobile version of FedEx website will not show multiple packages. Please go to your browser's option and "Enable desktop version of this website")

Where does my order ship from?
Here at SunF, we ship from California, USA. All tires are stored in our Chino, CA warehouse. Future plans for additional U.S. warehouses are in motion. If you're looking to export tires to another country, please contact us.

How long will it take for my package to get here?
We ship all orders within 48 hours. Depending on your location, your order can take anywhere from 1 to 6 business days. We have seen orders going to Western US in 1-2 business days, Mid US within 2-4 business days, and Eastern US within 3-6 business days. 



How do I return my order?
We offer a 90-Day return policy, please contact us and provide us with details. Our team will get back to you within 1-business day of receiving your reply. Prepaid shipping labels are available and a 20% restocking fee may apply.

We may ask for images of the product which you received if the return is due to a defective or an item not as described. Please include images with your inquiry.
