Refund policy

At SUNF Tires, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility


To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unmounted, and in original condition
  • Tires must not have been installed, mounted, or driven on
  • Items must be returned in original packaging (if applicable)
  • Return requests must be made within 90 days of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Mounted or used tires
  • Tires with installation damage (bead damage, tool marks, etc.)
  • Final sale items
  • Custom or special-order items

Return Process


To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will provide return instructions and approval
  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address (prepaid return labels may be issued to you depending on your reason for return)

Important: Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method if you decide to use your own carrier

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% may apply to returned items. This helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

Refunds


Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Refunds may be adjusted based on item condition

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the issue and packaging
  • We will work quickly to resolve the issue at no cost to you

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, the order falls under the standard return policy

Improper installation can cause damage that is not covered under return eligibility or warranty.
