Shipping Coverage

SUNF Tires currently ships to the lower 48 states within the United States.

At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or international destinations.
For international inquiries, we may be able to connect you with one of our authorized global distributors.

Shipping Cost

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the lower 48 states.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped by the next business day
  • Same-day shipping may be arranged upon request if you contact us before 12:00 PM (noon)
  • Orders placed after business hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Methods

  • Most orders ship via FedEx Ground
  • Due to the size and nature of our products, expedited shipping is not available
  • LTL freight shipping may be arranged for larger or bulk orders

Delivery Time

  • Most orders are delivered within approximately 3 business days nationwide
  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 5 business days if inventory is not available at the nearest distribution center

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen disruptions.

Warehouse Fulfillment

We ship from multiple U.S. distribution centers, including:

  • Flowery Branch, GA
  • Chino, CA

Orders are automatically routed to ship from the nearest warehouse with available inventory, helping ensure faster delivery.

Multiple Shipments

Due to inventory availability and product size:

  • Orders may ship in multiple packages
  • If ordering a set of tires (e.g., 4 tires), they may arrive separately
  • In rare cases, items may ship from multiple warehouses

Customers will receive a master tracking number, which can be used on the carrier’s website to view the status of all related packages.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at:

  • Flowery Branch, GA
  • Chino, CA
  • Pickup is by appointment only
  • Same-day pickup may be available during business hours when arranged in advance
  • Local pickup discounts may be available — please contact us for details

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • We do not ship outside the lower 48 U.S. states

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • We are committed to ensuring you receive your order as expected
  • If a shipment is confirmed lost, we will handle the claim directly with the carrier
