How the Scam Works

The fraudulent website appears to imitate legitimate tire retailers while advertising SUNF products at extremely low and unrealistic prices designed to attract unsuspecting customers.

Unfortunately, we have recently received messages from customers asking for:

  • Order updates
  • Shipping information
  • Tracking numbers
  • Customer support assistance

After reviewing their information, we discovered the purchases were made through this unauthorized third-party scam website — not through SUNF Tires or one of our approved sales channels.

Because these orders were not placed with us, we are unable to:

  • Access the orders
  • Provide updates
  • Issue refunds
  • Replace products
  • Offer warranty support

How to Protect Yourself

Before placing an order online, we strongly encourage customers to:
